Zuchu and Diamond Platnumz’s brother Rommy Jones exchanged some hilarious banter recently on Instagram. Rommy Jones and Diamond Platnumz grew up together as brothers but are blood cousins, hence refer to each other as brothers.
Jones is also the vice president of Wasafi and the singer’s official deejay. He is also the Wasafi media music director and an actor as well. The exchange started when Jones responded to Zuchu’s recent photos on social media, where he termed her as ‘shapeless’.
“Shape ndo huna mwaya,”(You don’t have a shape my dear)he wrote on Instagram. Responding to him, Zuchu clapped back with equal fire writing, “Na mdogo wako ndio anapenda hivyo kaka.”(Your younger brother loves it that way bro)
Tanzanians were excited by the exchange between the ‘in-laws’ and said as much in response to the exchange. Romy normally maintains great relationships with the women that Diamond is dating and it makes sense why he and Zuchu have such a great friendship.
Diamond and Zuchu have for the longest time been rumored to be dating. Although they are yet to admit to it, their actions in the public show there is more than business.
Just this week, Diamond admitted that he was ready for marriage after he saw a good friend of his out on a date with his two wives. But Diamond has always been saying that over the years, teasing that he was ready to settle down but never fully committing.
Will that change with Zuchu? Your guess is as good as mine but he and Zuchu do look great together, I won’t even lie.
