Precious Remmie has stepped forward to defend her husband, Raymond Bindeeba, in the wake of a cheating scandal involving singer Catherine Kusasira.
Remmie addressed the situation by clarifying that the videos showing Bindeeba with Kusasira are from years ago. She expressed confusion over why these old videos are being resurfaced now.
Remmie and Bindeeba have been together for nearly three years, and during this time, they have welcomed their first child. The couple frequently shares their love for each other publicly.
Early in their relationship, some people who knew Bindeeba personally spoke about his past relationships and his history of multiple partners.
Despite this, Remmie defended him, stating that she believes she has found the right person for her and does not judge anyone based on their past, acknowledging that she too has a past.
Now that a video of Catherine Kusasira affectionately calling Bindeeba “babe” has surfaced, Remmie is downplaying its significance, emphasizing that it was recorded long before they even knew each other. The television presenter also called out those spreading the video, reminding them that their actions could harm families.
“The video of my husband and Catherine Kusasira is from a long time ago before we even knew each other. I don’t care about it, but people spreading that rumor need to know that there are families involved, and they are destroying them,” she said.
Remmie has also made it clear that she will never leave her husband because of other people’s opinions, stating that social media chatter will not affect her marriage in any way.
