An army officer gaurding the premises of Captain Agrey Tumwesigye shot dead a boy who was passing by the premises.
The incident happened in Ssentema, Kireka-Bbira in Wakiso district.
According to witnesses, the boy slid and fell near the premises which prompted the army officer to shoot him dead.
Night Mbabazi the boy’s child in great pain said that the captain has been acting in this way for a long time due to the fact that he is “untouchable”.
“let the person be brought to book and also pay for the loss of my son” she said.
in a similar way, the boy’s father Peter Ssenyinga agreed that the guard should be punished because if not he will harm other people in the area.
It has not been the first time Army officers go scot free after carelessly shooting dead inoccent people
