We are saddened to report that National Unity Platform President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, also known as Bobi Wine, has announced the death of his grandfather-in-law, Ernest Nvunganyi. Mr. Nvunganyi, who was the grandfather of Bobi Wine’s wife, Barbie Itungo Kyagulanyi, passed away recently.
Bobi Wine shared the news on Twitter (X), expressing his grief: “I regret to announce the passing of my grandfather-in-law, Mzee Ernest Nvunganyi of Rukanda, Rwentobo-Ntungamo District. May the Almighty God receive his gentle soul.”
