National Unity Platform celebrates its “Heros” who lost thier lives since 2018 in the Arua incident

The National Unity Platform (NUP) Party has this Friday celebrated those who lost thier lives during the Arua incident, a time when Kyagulanyi Robert aka Bobi wine in active politics.

The event took place at the party headquarters in Kamwokya.

13th August was chosen as thier ‘hero’s day’ in memory of their comrades who departed from them first being Yasin Kawuma, Kyagulanyi’s driver who they allege was shot by the SFC during the Arua Bye-elections.

Hon. Kyagulanyi was in company of most of the leaders who won with the party ticket on various elective positions.

The former Kyadondo East legislator appealed to his followers not to lose hope and fight for a just cause.

Ever since Kyagulanyi openly joined active politics, it has been a bumpy ride for him and many people have either lost thier lives or been taken by police incommunicado.

The recent incident was when police arrested kyagulanyi supporters during his campaigns in Kalangala district accusing them.of not following civil 19 procedures and among the notable people was Eddie Mutwe his close body guard and Nubian Li a musician.
