Fabiano Kabigumira 48, a resident of Kigando cell, Kitura sub-county, Kashongi county Kiruhura district left home 4 years ago and went to Keikoti in Kiruhura district to work as a casual laborer before changing his workplace to Kyabagyenyi cell in Rushere Town council still in Kiruhura District.

Kabigumira on burial: Meanwhile Moses Balya, the area village chairperson told the press that they have involved the Kitura police station and Kiruhura District Police commander about the incident and that they have been encouraged to keep calm until the family of the deceased is traced to take his remains for a decent burial.
