Investigations into the mysterious murder indicated that the school director was last seen at Hollas Café and Lounge in Nansana with a yet-to-be-identified lady.

It was further found out that the deceased had gone to Nansana Inn with the lady and they travelled on a motorcycle and was murdered from there. meanwhile, the lodge management hatched a plan to transport the body and later dumped him in Kakiri.

Four people including Samuel Ssekaji, 57, the security guard at the lodge, Moses Ssenyonjo, the lodge manager and two waitresses were arrested over the murder.

More details emerge: This website has learnt that 23-year-old Shakira Natukunda who had just been released from prison was arrested after being identified as the prime suspect in the murder.

“She was tracked after investigations indicated that money from the deceased’s phone had been withdrawn. Investigators tracked the mobile money point where it was withdrawn from and the agent was arrested. She led detectives to Natukunda,” a source privy to the investigations told the Nile Post. According to another source, on arrest, Natukunda confessed to having carried out the crime.

“She said is part of a group of girls who target men. On the fateful day, she was together with fell girls and identified Kansiime. After enjoying drinks, they went together to have fun at Nansana Inn where she drugged him and robbed him of everything including money and the phone.”

Meanwhile, Natukunda told detectives that whereas she drugged and robbed Kansiime, she didn’t know he had died.

Kampala Metropolitan deputy police spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire confirmed the development but said investigations into the matter are continuing.
