Tanzanian music sensation, Diamond Platinumz, experienced a health scare over the weekend, which led to a temporary hospital stay.
The ‘African Beauty’ hitmaker shared details of his ordeal, revealing that he fell severely ill with a cold on Saturday, just before his highly-anticipated Wasafi Festival Show in Arusha, Tanzania.
In a statement, Diamond Platinumz expressed his gratitude for the support he received during this challenging time, saying, “My day today started very badly in Arusha (with) a severe fever that led to temporary hospitalization.
I thank the Almighty God that I am doing well now. I continue to gain strength. Continue praying for me to gain strength for the Wasafi Festival Show at the Eden Garden Arusha.”
To provide fans with an update on his condition, the artist also shared a video from his hospital bed, where he was being attentively cared for by medical professionals. Despite the setback, it is heartening to see Diamond Platinumz on the road to recovery, ready to dazzle his fans once again.
