In the midst of this complex legal quagmire, an unusual plea has reached the ears of President Yoweri Museveni. The plea comes from none other than Serena Bata, Sipapa’s former girlfriend.
In a heartfelt request, she implores the President to wield his influence to secure Sipapa’s release. Serena invokes their shared history and fervently appeals to Museveni to intervene on Sipapa’s behalf.
Serena’s plea is simple yet impassioned: “Please come forward and save Sipapa,” she beseeches the President. She underscores the substantial support that Sipapa has extended to him over the years. Serena also highlights Sipapa’s affiliation with the National Resistance Movement (NRM).
Sipapa’s legal woes date back to September 2022 when he was apprehended in connection with allegations related to a heist involving 1.6 billion Shillings.
