Singer Bruno Kiggundu alias Bruno K has earlier today surprised one of his diehard fans who contributed her UGX800K salary towards the shooting of his first music video. Every successful musician has a backstory and so is singer Bruno. K. In the early stages of his music career, Bruno had an unmatched desire to establish his name on the music scene despite being financially unstable then.
Bruno K recalls a situation in which Sheila Nankunda, one of his ardent supporters, stepped in to help his management release his first music video which was stalled due to a lack of funding.
According to Bruno. K’s most recent Facebook post, Sheila sacrificed her hard-earned UGX 800k salary and urged the singer’s management to include it in the budget for his video.
Bruno stressed that he never took the gesture portrayed by Sheila lightly, and today he returned the favor as the ardent fan celebrated her birthday.
The singer continued by urging his audience to follow in his footsteps and never forget the people who supported them in the beginning.
Always remember the people who were there for you in the beginning. This young lady Sheila Nankunda was my first diehard. Sheila gave my manager her salary of about 800k and told him “add it on the budget for his video” I can never forget what this young lady did for me back then.
