The president of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has made changes by appointing new permanent secretaries in various ministries.
Lucy Nakyobe has been moved to the head of public services and secretary to cabinet. Dr Kenneth Omona as the principal private secretary to the president.
Others transfered are;
Keith Muhakanizi, office of the prime minister
Yunus Kakande, office of the president. Dr.Ramathan
Ngobi as Ministry of finance planning and economic development. Aggrey kibenge,
Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. Dr.Diana Atwine, ministry of health.
