The Kampala Resident District Commissioner, Hood Hussein has advised Traders to vacate the streets and occupy the designated markets.
the call comes after the Tuesday twin bombings that happened near parliament and at Cetral Police Station in Kampala.
Hussein said this move was as a result of the congestion in town which gives terrorist an opportunity to disguise as roadside vendors and letter strike.
