Singer Big Eye Starboss real name Ibrahim Mayanja has asked any volunteer to take fellow singer Eddy Kenzo for a mental check-up. He made this statement following the comments Eddy Kenzo made about the music industry and his response to Bobi Wine.
Big Eye revealed his dislike for Eddy Kenzo last year when he lost the Grammy Award. He was happy branding him selfish saying he didn’t deserve the award.
According to him, Kenzo had denied him connections especially the phone numbers of international musicians. Now everything Eddy Kenzo does, he tries to put him down.
Currently, the BET Award winner is the president of Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF). Some artists don’t agree with it as they say its main aim is to get money from the government. Bobi Wine talked about it and cautioned artists not to be turned into beggars.
In his response, Eddy Kenzo asked Bobi Wine to respect fellow musicians. Big Eye wasn’t happy with Eddy saying anything.
He rushed to his social media platforms and addressed him saying that his statement about politicians doesn’t make sense. Big Eye said Eddy Kenzo needs a mental check-up as soon as possible.
“Zigido, the law you are yapping about is supposed to be passed in parliament by the members of parliament. And you are comfortably saying that politicians should stay away from the music industry. Then who will pass it?
Let someone volunteer and take that woman for a mental check-up,” he said
