During Late Gen Elly Tumwine’s vigil at Nakasero, one of his daughters apologized and requested Ugandans to forgive their father and allow him to rest in peace. “On his behalf, in case dad wronged you in any way please forgive him,” Tumwine’s daughter.
However, when the video surfaced online, tweeps showed their disappointment and have no kind words for late Tumwine and his daughter’s apology. Many trashed the fallen’s daughter saying it’s too late to apologize.
One of the tweeps said it is too little and too late to apologize because this daughter would have apologized to Ugandans when the father said police have a right to shoot and kill Ugandans.
