Good news coming in on the Blizz news desk from Nakasero Hospital indicates how singer Mansoor Ssemanda alias King Saha has gotten off his sickbed and spoken out for the very first time.
The development follows the “Zakayo” singer’s previous health condition which has been worsening on a daily to the extent of Nakasero Doctors recommended him to rehab after medications failed to work on him because of too much drugs in his blood system.
